ccfdb49348 Move rustfmt.toml to workspace dir 
rustfmt looks in parent directories, so we can have a single
rustfmt.toml for all crates in the workspace.

82f5657b5b scsi: fix test compilation 
Fix scsi test compilation by correcting the dev-dependency for
virtio-queue. This would happen if someone runs the tests only for this
crate, and not workspace-wide.

91a625603f chore: bump virtio-queue and some related dependencies 
virtio-queue v0.15 introduces a new Descriptor API supporting both
split and packed virtqueue.
Update our dependencies and code to work with the new version
of the crate, including updating vhost-user-backend and virtio-vsock.

e0863e0459 vsock: Fix handling of data in the tx queue 
Data from the tx queue was being handled incorrectly when it only
partially fit at the end of the circular buffer: The beginning of the
data was being copied again to start of the circular buffer.

For information about the cargo xtask workflow pattern see: <https://github.com/matklad/cargo-xtask>

This commit adds an xtask crate with only one task, "mangen", which
generates a ROFF manual page under `target/dist/man` directory for the
vhost-device-sound binary.

The xtask crate can be configured using cargo features, to help
packagers configure what manpages are generated.

This generates a manpage in target/dist/man/vhost-device-sound.1

The rendered ROFF output looks like:

  NAME
         vhost-device-sound - A virtio-sound device using the vhost-user protocol.

But Waker is meant to be consumed when calling Waker::wake, so there's
no need to clone temporary values. Move the .wake() call inside
