8e6c45c6da disable collapse for snapshot trees. 
We use double click to open the edit window, and this badly interact
with collapse/expand.

c1aeb364ae hide create menu for rbd, sheepdog, and nexenta 
Util they are more stable. And vzdump should work too with those types.
