To get a fast overview in which groups each user is add a column that
shows all groups they are a member of.
To get that info we need to pass the 'full=1' parameter to the API
endpoint, which then adds tokens and groups for each user to the result.
This is basically only increasing transmission size a bit, as the
backend doesn't needs to do any extra parsing for this information.

One must not call gettext on the already formatted string, as we
cannot translate it for any possible value, rather the format string
it self needs to be gettext'd, then the translator can position the
variable template placeholders however it's correct for their
language without having to care about any value this could be called
with.

Ext.util.Sorter does not have an 'order' property, so 'order: DESC'
didn't have an effect. The default is 'ASC' and it is arguably the
preferred direction for all affected sorters anyways.

While one can re-add a user quite easily, the ACLs and the old
password may still be lost, so not really just like a simple "undo".
That's why it should show the warning triangle and have no selected
as default.

The use of this field raise an error with ExtJS6 because it is not
unique inside the application.
Removing this is safe, because we never query the Comment column
with an id.
Using ExtJS6 a browser refresh (F5) do not send the 'show' event which we use to display the store as it did with ExtJS4.
