It is not needed anymore to place the keyring/secret file manually in
the correct location as it can be done with pvesm and the GUI/API now.

checked if they work -- some returned certificate errors so didn't
change those ones.

the list of supported CPUs was returning empty).

To run cephfs client the debian stock packages need to be updated to
luminous to get it running.
This patch adds a section with our Ceph repositories to our package repo
chapter to where the cephfs storage plugin chapter links to.

No point in having half of RBD section duplicated here.
Reference pveceph-chapter, note that upstream considers snapshots
still not completely stable and remind user that he needs to setup a
ceph user secret...
