Add support for r8a77961 (R-Car M3-W+).
To avoid confusion between R-Car M3-W (R8A77960) and R-Car M3-W+
(R8A77961), this patch also updates the comment of
"renesas,pcie-r8a7796".

json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that
any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct
form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed
in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other
keywords. The json-schema library doesn't yet support this, but the
tooling now does a fixup for this and either way works.
This has been a constant source of review comments, so let's change this
treewide so everyone copies the simpler syntax.
Scripted with ruamel.yaml with some manual fixups. Some minor whitespace
changes from the script.

If the kernel configuration option CONFIG_PCIE_DW_PLAT_HOST is enabled
then this can cause the kernel to incorrectly probe the generic
designware PCIe platform driver instead of the Tegra194 designware PCIe
driver. This causes a boot failure on Tegra194 because the necessary
configuration to access the hardware is not performed.
The order in which the compatible strings are populated in Device-Tree
is not relevant in this case, because the kernel will attempt to probe
the device as soon as a driver is loaded and if the generic designware
PCIe driver is loaded first, then this driver will be probed first.
Therefore, to fix this problem, remove the "snps,dw-pcie" string from
the compatible string as we never want this driver to be probe on
Tegra194.

Some host controllers need to know the existence of clkreq signal routing
to downstream devices to be able to advertise low power features like
ASPM L1 substates. Without clkreq signal routing being present, enabling
ASPM L1 substates might lead to downstream devices being disconnected
from the bus. Hence a new device tree property 'supports-clkreq' is added
to make such host controllers aware of clkreq signal routing to
downstream devices.

As usual, this is where the bulk of our changes end up landing each
merge window.
The individual updates are too many to enumerate, many many platforms
have seen additions of device descriptions such that they are
functionally more complete (in fact, this is often the bulk of updates
we see).
Instead I've mostly focused on highlighting the new platforms below as
they are introduced. Sometimes the introduction is of mostly a fragment,
that later gets filled in on later releases, and in some cases it's
near-complete platform support. The latter is more common for derivative
platforms that already has similar support in-tree.
Two SoCs are slight outliers from the usual range of additions. Allwinner

The PCIe and PCIE_PHY blocks are in different power domains on imx6sx
and this needs to be described using multi-pd bindings.
This was not required until now because the power-domain of the PCIe

Add internal PCI bridge support for r8a7744 SoC. The Renesas RZ/G1N

This doesn't change the driver, so it does nothing by itself. But it does
mean that checkpatch won't complain about a future patch that adds

'interrupt-parent' is often documented as part of define bindings, but
it is really outside the scope of a device binding. It's never required
in a given node as it is often inherited from a parent node. Or it can
be implicit if a parent node is an 'interrupt-controller' node. So
remove it from all the binding files.

Add support for r8a7743. The Renesas RZ/G1M(R8A7743)PCIe controller
is identical to the R-Car Gen2 family.
No driver change is needed due to the fallback compatible value
"renesas,pcie-rcar-gen2".
Adding the SoC-specific compatible values here has three purposes:
1. Document which SoCs have this hardware module,
2. Allow checkpatch to validate compatible values.
3. Allow the driver to support SoC specific implementations in future
as necessary.

The bindings for the V3 Semiconductor PCI bridge are a tad bit outdated and
predates the more formal format we have adopted for the bindings.
Update them a bit so it is easier to read, and add the Integrator AP-
specific compatible so we can detect that we are running on that specific
platform.
Add a second register bank for the configuration memory area. The device
tree specs do specify a memory range for configuration space but it is not
applicable to custom accessors like this. Instead follow the pattern from
the Versatile PCI adapter and simply add a second register bank for this
memory.

Add internal PCI bridge support for r8a7743/5 SoC. The Renesas RZ/G1[ME]
(R8A7743/5) internal PCI bridge is identical to the R-Car Gen2 family.
This doesn't change the driver, so it does nothing by itself. But it does
mean that checkpatch won't complain about a future patch that adds
"renesas,pci-r8a7743" to a DT, which helps ensure that shipped DTs use
documented compatibility strings.

According to using PHY framework, updates the exynos5440-pcie binding. For
maintaining backward compatibility, leaves the current dt-binding. (It
should be deprecated.)
Recommends to use the PHY Framework and "config" property to follow the
designware-pcie binding. If you use the old way, can see "missing *config*
reg space" message. Because the getting configuration space address from
range is old way.
NOTE: When use the "config" property, first name of 'reg-names' must be set
to "elbi". Otherwise driver can't maintain the backward capability.

The current default of 20ms cause some devices, which are slow to
initialize, to not show up during the bus scanning. Change this to the
PCIe spec mandated 100ms and document this in the DT binding.
From PCIe base spec rev 3.0, chapter "6.6.1. Conventional Reset":
To allow components to perform internal initialization, system software
must wait a specified minimum period following the end of a Conventional
Reset of one or more devices before it is permitted to issue
Configuration Requests to those devices.
With a Downstream Port that does not support Link speeds greater than 5.0
GT/s, software must wait a minimum of 100 ms before sending a
Configuration Request to the device immediately below that Port.

The PCIe controller in HiSilicon Hip06/Hip07 SoCs is not completely
ECAM-compliant. It is non-ECAM only for the RC bus config space; for any
other bus underneath the root bus it does support ECAM access.
Add DT support for the almost-ECAM Hip06/Hip07 controllers.

Rockchip's RC produces a 100MHz reference clock but there are two methods
for the PHY to generate it:
(1) Use the system PLL to generate a 100MHz clock. The PHY will relock
it, filter signal noise, and output the reference clock. ASPM L0s
works correctly, but circuit noise issues make it difficult to pass
the TX compatibility test.
(2) Share the SoC's 24MHZ crystal oscillator with the PHY and force the
PHY's PLL to generate 100MHz internally. In this case, exit from
ASPM L0s sometimes fails due to a design error in the RC receiver
circuit. Even if we use extended-synch, the PHY sometimes fails to
relock the bits from FTS, which will hang the system.
We want the flexibility to use both clocking methods, so add a DT property,
"aspm-no-l0s". If that's present, disable L0s to avoid the issues with
case (2).

The generic IOMMU binding says that the meaning of an 'IOMMU specifier'
is defined by the binding of a specific SMMU. The ARM SMMU binding
never explicitly uses the term 'specifier' at all. Update implicit
references to use the explicit term.
In the iommu-map binding change references to iommu-specifier to
"IOMMU specifier" so we are 100% consistent everywhere with terminology
and capitalization.
