Darik Horn 2edc389f1d Update the README file for deb packages. 
The upstream instructions are inappropriate for building PPA-style packages
on Debian and Ubuntu. Packaging policy is violated here so that the README
appears correctly at Github.

The Solaris Porting Layer (SPL) for Debian and Ubuntu. Build packages from this source repository by running:

$ dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc
