e82acdce22 lib: remove enabled flag for bfd sessions
Currently this flag is only helpful in an extremely rare situation when
the BFD session registration was unsuccessful and after that zebra is
restarted. Let's remove this flag to simplify the API. If we ever want
to solve the problem of unsuccessful registration/deregistration, this
can be done using internal flags, without API modification.

Also add the error log to help user understand why the BFD session is
not working.

f280c93b11 bgpd: Add show bgp json detail command
Print detailed version for JSON output when dumping ALL BGP table with
`show bgp <afi> <safi> json detail`.

This output should be at some sort of identical to show_ip_bgp_route_cmd.

To avoid breaking backward-compatibility for `show bgp json`, adding
'detail' keyword for that.

In long-term it's easier for operators to compare stuff just looking at global
view instead of per-prefix for details.

b832909b42 *: remove *.conf.sample files
Most of these are many, many years out of date. All of them vary
randomly in quality. They show up by default in packages where they
aren't really useful now that we use integrated config. Remove them.

The useful ones have been moved to the docs.

e5aee1518a bgpd: always allow no advertise-svi-ip/default-gw
Current behavior has an EVPN_ENABLED check for both standard and 'no'
forms of 'advertise-svi-ip' and 'advertise-default-gw'. This prevents a
user from removing either command from running config if
'advertise-all-vni' is not present.
This commit removes/adjusts the EVPN_ENABLED checks to always allow the
'no' command so config doesn't get stuck.

212e04e5a7 lib: rework printfrr extensions to output directly
Allowing printfrr extensions to directly write to the output buffer has
a few advantages:
- there is no arbitrary length limit imposed (previously 64)
- the output doesn't need to be copied another time
- the extension can directly use bprintfrr() to put together pieces

The downside is that the theoretical length (regardless of available
buffer space) must be computed correctly.

Extended unit tests to test these paths a bit more thoroughly.
