now available commands to enable/disable route-flap dampening for peers
and peer groups.

The usage of the `bgp bestpath med missing-as-worst` command
was being accepted and applied during bestpath, but during output
of the routes affected by this it would not give any indication
that this was happening or what med value was being used.

Dynamic capability provides more value without resetting the sessions for some
important other capabilities to exchange, like: graceful-restart, addpath, orf,
fqdn, etc.
Since we support it already, enable it by default.

There was a question in regards to how the update-source
choose the ip address for the source when using the `update-source`
command in BGP. Upon looking at the code, I was a but surprised,
so I decided to document this behavior.

When filtering with `debug bgp updates in x.x.x.x prefix-list plist`, we want
to filter out unnecessary messages like:
```
127.0.0.1(Unknown) rcvd UPDATE wlen 0 attrlen 20 alen 5
```
Such a line as above will be repeated for all the paths received and it's useless
without knowing the prefix (because NLRIs are not parsed yet).
But want to see only relevant ones:
```
127.0.0.1(Unknown) rcvd UPDATE w/ attr: nexthop 127.0.0.1, origin i, path 65002
127.0.0.1(Unknown) rcvd 10.255.255.1/32 IPv4 unicast
```
With `debug bgp updates detail` we can combine this to something like:
```
127.0.0.1(Unknown) rcvd UPDATE w/ attr: nexthop 127.0.0.1, origin i, path 65002
127.0.0.1(Unknown) rcvd UPDATE wlen 0 attrlen 20 alen 5
127.0.0.1(Unknown) rcvd 10.255.255.1/32 IPv4 unicast
```

Explain that an export route target list can be configured
alternatively by using route-maps.

It's been for a while disabled by default, but this seems reasonable to flip it.
We had `bgp enforce-first-as` as a global BGP knob to enable/disable this
behavior globally, later we introduced `enforce-first-as` per neighbor, with disabled
by default. Now let's enable this by default by bringing a global `bgp enforce-first-as`
command back.

For now it includes only FQDN capability, because other capabilities can be
resend using specific knobs.

With the deprecation of the global "bgp enforce-first-as" command back
in https://github.com/FRRouting/frr/pull/2259 the newly introduced
option to enable that setting on a specific peer was not documented.
This commit adds the necessary documentation and states the command's
default.

Useful to have it for datacenter profile only, disabled for traditional.
If the peer is not established or established, but has no description set,
we will show the FRR version instead, which is kinda handy to have instead of
nothing.

There is no route-map set action to replace any ASN,
or a part of an ASN, with a configured ASN.
The current commit adds a new command to use a configured
ASN as replacement, instead of using the local as number.
> set as-path replace any 65500
Update the 'bgp_set_aspath_replace' test.

It is not possible to flush all the incoming as-path list
from a given BGP update.
Add a route-map set command to remove all as-paths
from a given AS path. Add the necessary tests.
