When attempting to debug performance problems on large systems, one of
the major factors that affect performance is free space
fragmentation. This heavily affects the allocation process, which is an
area of active development in ZFS. Unfortunately, fragmenting a large
pool for testing purposes is time consuming; it usually involves filling
the pool and then repeatedly overwriting data until the free space
becomes fragmented, which can take many hours. And even if the time is
available, artificial workloads rarely generate the same fragmentation
patterns as the natural workloads they're attempting to mimic.
This patch has two parts. First, in zdb, we add the ability to export
the full allocation map of the pool. It iterates over each vdev,
printing every allocated segment in the ms_allocatable range tree. This
can be done while the pool is online, though in that case the allocation
map may actually be from several different TXGs as new ones are loaded
on demand.
The second is a new subcommand for zhack, zhack metaslab leak (and its
supporting kernel changes). This is a zhack subcommand that imports a
pool and then modified the range trees of the metaslabs, allowing the
sync process to write them out normall. It does not currently store
those allocations anywhere to make them reversible, and there is no
corresponding free subcommand (which would be extremely dangerous); this
is an irreversible process, only intended for performance testing. The
only way to reclaim the space afterwards is to destroy the pool or roll
back to a checkpoint.

This commit expands on the zhack label repair command in d04b5c9 by
adding the -u option to undetach a device by regenerating uberblocks,
in addition to the existing functionality of fixing checksums, now
represented by -c. Previous behavior is retained in the case of no
options.
The changes are heavily inspired by Jeff Bonwick's labelfix
utility, as archived at:

Additionally, it is now capable of properly determining the size of
block devices and other media, as well as handling sizes which are
not divisible by 2^18. This should make it viable for use on physical
devices and partitions, in addition to files.
These changes should make it possible to import zpools that have had
their uberblocks erased, such as in the case of pools rendered
inaccessible by erroneous detach commands.

In case if all label checksums will be invalid on any vdev, the pool
will become unimportable. The zhack with newly added cli options could
be used to restore label checksums and make pool importable again.

Minimal changes required to integrate the SPL sources in to the
ZFS repository build infrastructure and packaging.
Build system and packaging:
* Renamed SPL_* autoconf m4 macros to ZFS_*.
* Removed redundant SPL_* autoconf m4 macros.
* Updated the RPM spec files to remove SPL package dependency.
* The zfs package obsoletes the spl package, and the zfs-kmod
package obsoletes the spl-kmod package.
* The zfs-kmod-devel* packages were updated to add compatibility
symlinks under /usr/src/spl-x.y.z until all dependent packages
can be updated. They will be removed in a future release.
* Updated copy-builtin script for in-kernel builds.
* Updated DKMS package to include the spl.ko.
* Updated stale AUTHORS file to include all contributors.
* Updated stale COPYRIGHT and included the SPL as an exception.
* Renamed README.markdown to README.md

a common.sh with in-tree path information from the common.sh.in
template. This file and sourced by the test scripts and used
for in-tree testing, it is not included in the packages. When
building packages 'make install' uses the same template to
create a new common.sh which is appropriate for the packaging.
* Removed unused functions/variables from scripts/common.sh.in.
Only minimal path information and configuration environment
variables remain.
* Removed unused scripts from scripts/ directory.
* Remaining shell scripts in the scripts directory updated to
cleanly pass shellcheck and added to checked scripts.

In Debian GNU/Linux a program called 'linitian' is used to make sure
that packages conforms to the Debian GNU/Linux packaging guide lines.
This fixes the problem reported as:
W: zfsutils: manpage-has-bad-whatis-entry usr/share/man/man1/zhack.1.gz
W: zfsutils: manpage-has-bad-whatis-entry usr/share/man/man8/fsck.zfs.8.gz
Not something that ZoL needs to addhere to, but every other man page
have their NAME section in a special way - why not these two as well?
