Ivan Lipski ad19aa0744 drm/amd/display: Revert "Add DPP & HUBP reset if power gate enabled on DCN314" 
This reverts commit 99e25e4683.

[Why & How]
This commit caused a blank screen on internal display when projecting to
an external display on DCN314.
