ASoC: sunxi: Standardize ASoC menu
Current Kconfig menu at [ALSA for SoC audio support] has no rules.
So, some venders are using menu style, some venders are listed each drivers
on top page, etc. It is difficult to find target vender and/or drivers
because it is very random.

Let's standardize ASoC menu

ASoC: sun4i-codec: add h616 card long_name
Adding jack detection requires sound servers to act on the emitted
events, which are described by ALSA Use Case Manager configurations in
userspace. These configurations include the long card name in the file
path (falling back to card->name if this is not present), so add a long
card name for the H616 without spaces, making UCM referencing easier.

The corresponding ALSA UCM patch is here (now merged):

ASoC: sun4i-codec: correct dapm widgets and controls for h616
The previous H616 support patch added a single LINEOUT DAPM pin switch
to the card controls. As the codec in this SoC only has a single route,
this seemed reasonable at the time, however is redundant given the
existing DAPM codec widget definitions controlling the digital and
analog sides of the codec.

It is also insufficient to describe the scenario where separate
components (muxes, jack detection etc) are used to modify the audio
route external to the SoC. For example the Anbernic RG(##)XX series of
devices uses a headphone jack detection switch, GPIO-controlled speaker
amplifier and a passive external mux chip to route audio.

Remove the redundant LINEOUT card control, and add a Speaker pin switch
control and Headphone DAPM widget to allow control of the above
hardware.

Convert all drivers below sound/soc to use .remove(), with the eventual

ASoC: sunxi: sun4i-i2s: fix LRCLK polarity in i2s mode
This fixes the LRCLK polarity for sun8i-h3 and sun50i-h6 in i2s mode
which was wrongly inverted.

The LRCLK was being set in reversed logic compared to the DAI format:
inverted LRCLK for SND_SOC_DAIFMT_IB_NF and SND_SOC_DAIFMT_NB_NF; normal
LRCLK for SND_SOC_DAIFMT_IB_IF and SND_SOC_DAIFMT_NB_IF. Such reversed
logic applies properly for DSP_A, DSP_B, LEFT_J and RIGHT_J modes but
not for I2S mode, for which the LRCLK signal results reversed to what
expected on the bus. The issue is due to a misinterpretation of the
LRCLK polarity bit of the H3 and H6 i2s controllers. Such bit in this
case does not mean "0 => normal" or "1 => inverted" according to the
expected bus operation, but it means "0 => frame starts on low edge" and
"1 => frame starts on high edge" (from the User Manuals).

This commit fixes the LRCLK polarity by setting the LRCLK polarity bit
according to the selected bus mode and renames the LRCLK polarity bit
definition to avoid further confusion.

ASoC: sun8i-codec: Implement jack and accessory detection
Add support for the jack detection functionality in the A64 variant,
which uses a pair of IRQs; and microphone accessory (button) detection,
which uses an ADC with an IRQ trigger.

IRQs will only be triggered if the JACKDETEN, HMICBIASEN, and MICADCEN
bits are set appropriately in the analog codec component
(sun50i-codec-analog), but there is no direct software dependency
between the two components.

Setup ADC so that it samples with period of 16ms, disable smoothing
and enable MDATA threshold (should be below idle voltage/HMIC_DATA
value). Also enable HMIC_N, which makes sure we get HMIC_N samples
after HMIC_DATA crosses the threshold.

This allows us to perform steady state detection of HMIC_DATA, by
comparing current and previous ADC samples, to detect end of the
transient when the user de-presses the button. Otherwise ADC could
sample anywhere within the transient, and the driver may mis-issue
key-press events for other buttons attached to the resistor ladder.

[Ondrej: Almost complete rewrite of the patch, change to use set_jack
API. Better de-bounce, fix mic button handling, better interrupt
processing.]

ASoC: sun8i-codec: Enable bus clock at STANDBY and higher bias
For codec variants that have a bus clock, that clock must be running to
receive interrupts. Since jack and mic accessory detection should work
even when no audio is playing, that means the bus clock should be
enabled any time the system is on.

Accomplish that by tying the bus clock to the runtime PM state, which is
then tied to the bias level not being OFF. Since the codec sets
idle_bias_on, bias will generally never be OFF. However, we can set
suspend_bias_off to maintain the power savings of gating the bus clock
during suspend, when we don't expect jack/accessory detection to work.

By using the set_bias_level hook, the driver can have one copy of code
that would otherwise be duplicated between the probe/resume and
suspend/remove hooks.

ASoC: Explicitly include correct DT includes
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it was merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

ASoC: Refactor non_legacy_dai_naming flag
Merge series from Charles Keepax <ckeepax@opensource.cirrus.com>:

Historically, the legacy DAI naming scheme was applied to platform
drivers and the newer scheme to CODEC drivers. During componentisation
the core lost the knowledge of if a driver was a CODEC or platform, they
were all now components. To continue to support the legacy naming on
older platform drivers a flag was added to the snd_soc_component_driver
structure, non_legacy_dai_naming, to indicate to use the new scheme and
this was applied to all CODECs as part of the migration.

However, a slight issue appears to be developing with respect to this
flag being opt in for the non-legacy scheme, which presumably we want to
be the primary scheme used. Many codec drivers appear to forget to
include this flag:

  grep -l -r "snd_soc_component_driver" sound/soc/codecs/*.c |
  xargs grep -L "non_legacy_dai_naming" | wc
     48 48 556

Whilst in many cases the configuration of the DAIs themselves will cause
the core to apply the new scheme anyway, it would seem more sensible to
change the flag to legacy_dai_naming making the new scheme opt out. This
patch series migrates across to such a scheme.
