The clock controller driver of qca8386/qca8084 is registered
as the MDIO device, the hardware register is accessed by MDIO bus
that is normally used to access general PHY device, which is
different from the current existed qcom clock controller drivers
using ioremap to access hardware clock registers, nsscc-qca8k is
accessed via an MDIO bus.
MDIO bus is commonly utilized by both qca8386/qca8084 and other
PHY devices, so the mutex lock mdio_bus->mdio_lock should be
used instead of using the mutex lock of remap.
To access the hardware clock registers of qca8386/qca8084, there
is a special MDIO frame sequence, which needs to be sent to the
device.
Enable the reference clock before resetting the clock controller,
the reference clock rate is fixed to 50MHZ.

This driver has never been used in the DT files merged to the kernel.
According to Sibi, it only worked on the pre-production devices. For the
production devices this functionality has been moved to the firmware.
Drop the driver to remove possible confusion.

The two LCC drivers, msm8960 and mdm9615 are almost the same. The only
difference is the platform clock: msm8960/apq8064 use pxo, while mdm9615
uses cxo. Drop the lcc-mdm9615 in favour of using lcc-msm8960 instead.

Add support for the lpass clock controller found on SC8280XP based devices.
This would allow lpass peripheral loader drivers to control the clocks and
bring the subsystems out of reset.
Currently this patch only supports resets as the Q6DSP is in control of
LPASS IP which manages most of the clocks via Q6PRM service on GPR rpmsg
channel.

There is no point to allow selecting clock controller drivers for
Qualcomm ARMv7 SoCs when building ARM64 kernel, and vice versa. This
makes kernel configuration more difficult as many do not remember the
Qualcomm SoCs model names/numbers. No features should be lost because:
1. There won't be a single image for ARMv7 and ARMv8/9 SoCs.
2. Newer ARMv8/9 SoCs won't be running in arm32 emulation mode.

The Qualcomm SC8280XP platform has two display clock controller
instances, add support for these. Duplication between the two
implementations is reduced by reusing any constant data between the two
sets of clock data.

The Global Clock Controller (GCC) in the MSM8909 SoC provides clocks,
resets and power domains for the various hardware blocks in the SoC.
Add a driver for it to make it possible to enable additional
functionality for the SoC.
Work on this driver was originally started independently by Dominik,
I picked it up and added missing clocks/resets, as well as various
cleanup to bring it into shape for mainline.

The Snapdragon 670 adds and removes some clocks, adds new frequencies, and
adds a new GPLL (Global Phase-Locked Loop) in reference to SDM845, while
also removing some GDSCs. Despite these differences, there are many
similarities with SDM670. Add data for SDM670 in the driver for SDM845 to
reuse the most of the clock data.
Advantages and disadvantages of this approach:
+ maintenance applies to both sdm670 and sdm845 by default
+ less duplicate code (clocks) means smaller distro/pre-built kernels
with all drivers enabled
- clocks for both SoC's must be compiled if the user wants clocks for one
specific SoC (both or none)
- additional testing needed for sdm845 devices

While working on the Fxtec Pro1X device, this error shows up with
my own minimal configuration:
gcc-sm6115: probe of 1400000.clock-controller failed with error -38
The clock driver depends on CONFIG_QCOM_GDSC and after enabling
that, the driver probes successfully.

Add support for the lpass clock controller found on SC7280 based devices.
This would allow lpass peripheral loader drivers to control the clocks to
bring the subsystem out of reset.

Add Global Clock Controller (GCC) driver for QCM2290. This is a porting
of gcc-scuba driver from CAF msm-4.19, with GDSC support added on top.
Because the alpha_pll on the platform has a different register
layout (offsets), its own clk_alpha_pll_regs_offset[] is used in the
driver.

Commit 5658e8cf1a ("clk: qcom: add video clock controller driver for
SM8150") and commit 0e94711a1f ("clk: qcom: add video clock controller
driver for SM8250") add config SM_VIDEOCC_8150 and config SM_VIDEOCC_8250,
which select the non-existing configs SDM_GCC_8150 and SDM_GCC_8250,
respectively.
Hence, ./scripts/checkkconfigsymbols.py warns:
SDM_GCC_8150
Referencing files: drivers/clk/qcom/Kconfig
SDM_GCC_8250
Referencing files: drivers/clk/qcom/Kconfig
It is probably just a typo (or naming confusion of using SM_GCC_xxx and
SDM_GCC_xxx for various Qualcomm clock drivers) in the config definitions
for config SM_VIDEOCC_8150 and SM_VIDEOCC_8250, and intends to select the
existing SM_GCC_8150 and SM_GCC_8250, respectively.
Adjust the selects to the existing configs.

Add the clocks supported in global clock controller, which clock the
peripherals like BLSPs, SDCC, USB, MDSS etc. Register all the clocks
to the clock framework for the clients to be able to request for them.
