Arnon Gilboa 2d03cc5c2c vdservice stops vdagent via event 
Terminate agent politely instead of ugly TerminateProcess(), so now
VD_AGENT_CLIPBOARD_RELEASE is sent (if guest owned the clipboard),
followed by cleanup.
