9c5f7bfcf2 Require GTK-VNC 0.4.3 and remove redundant realize() call

27d7500e03 Enable use of scaling from spice >= 0.6 
Make the SPICE widget operate in the same way as the VNC widget
with display scaling, and auto-resize, but preserving guest
aspect ratio
