Frediano Ziglio 524acca643 windows: Disable code not working on Windows
- global signals;
- CLOEXEC flag;
- mmap and statistics;
- IPTOS_LOWDELAY flag;
- Unix sockets;
- sharing file descriptors through Unix sockets;
- TCP_CORK flag.
