Uri Lublin b2851ae690 spice: configure: check spice-common version of 0.4.2 instead of 0.4.1 
This only affects spice-client and spice-server builds that are
configured with --with-spice-common (which means that are using
an installed spice-common package).

Version has been increased to 0.4.2 lately.
