Instead of including spice.h directly include an header that wraps
it. This allows to remove the SPICE_SERVER_INTERNAL define.
Currently is used to rename SpiceCharDeviceInstance to RedCharDevice
and reduce its visibility to hidden. This remove some warnings
and some weird code in the source.

message is sent either in reaction to the SPICE_MSGC_MAIN_AGENT_START
message or when the graphics device info changes.

Due to ticket expiration, it is possible that the streaming channels for
the client are created after the ticket expires. Currently, streaming
channels are created dynamically when the guest starts streaming to the
server, which can happen at any time (for instance if you decide to start
the graphic server manually).
If the ticket has expired before the streaming channel is created,
authentication will fail and the client will not be able to connect.
To avoid this, create the channels when the first main channel connection
is made. This ensures that client will connect to all streaming channels.
This could be considered a temporary solution. There may be other
situations where it would be useful to connect new channels after the
ticket has expired, but enabling this behavior would require protocol
changes and a careful analysis of security implications.

The objects RedsStream and RedsSASL are currently using the namespace
"Reds" rather than the standard "Red" namespace used throughout the rest
of the project. Change these to be consistent. This also means changing
method names and some related enumeration types.
The files were also renamed to reflect the change:
reds-stream.[ch] -> red-stream.[ch]

Avoid not constant globals.
We started encapsulating all global state into RedsState however
there are still some global variable. This patch remove the
core_public global variable.
To implement this a new SpiceCoreInterface *public_interface
field is added to SpiceCoreInterfaceInternal and the
SpiceCoreInterfaceInternal* argument is passed to callbacks to
understand which external interface to use.

Noting that coding by hand these loop introduced some regression
I'm trying to introduce back from macros.
Before trying something harder to make possible to bind the type of
the content I'm trying some simple macro as were before.
I added the type to avoid some blindly void* casts.
Also the GListIter is introduced to avoid the possibility to exchange
easily some parameters.

I used this script to check independence (run under server directory):

add_lib() {

with QXLState being its private data. External users then use QXLInstance
rather than passing a pointer to the private data to red-qxl.h methods.

This public API is no longer needed as the keepalive interval does not
need to be configurable.
This API was present in the 0.13.0 release, but was never added to a
stable release, in my opinion it's still acceptable to remove it without
changing soname.
The code was introducing an intermediate RedsMigWaitDisconnectClient type to
hold linked list elements, resulting in a memory handling behaviour very
similar to a GList. Using GList directly makes the code shorter and more
readable.

Considering that:
- QXLState is the state of QXLInstance implementation;
- RedDispatcher is the implementation of QXL;
- qif (QXLInterface*) field can be computed really easy from QXLInstance;
- most of its state is private.
