wasi-libc/libc-bottom-half/mman/mman.c
Dan Gohman 320054e84f WASI libc prototype implementation.
This incoporates pieces from musl-libc, cloudlibc, cloudabi, libpreopen,
and dlmalloc, as well as a significant amount of new code.
