On some architectures (at least ppc64el), running resolvconf does not work with
MemoryDenyWriteExecute=yes. (LP: #1609740)
* Revert unit usage of MemoryDenyWriteExecute=yes. This is implemented
through seccomp as well. (Closes: #832713)
