6df127b7b9 Use secure links for Vcs-* fields. 
Even though the data is public, the fact that a particular person is reading
the data does not need to be public. Also, plaintext protocols are susceptible
to injection attacks.

8dd17250b4 Tighten version-specific deps to ${binary:Version} 
Was using ${source:Version}.  Lintian points out that ${binary:Version}
is required for binNMUs.

525ff0f9ff Split out library packages for multiarch 
Split out libraries from rustc.deb into new packages:
- libstd-rust-4e7c5e5c - run-time dylibs
- libstd-rust-dev - compile-time dylibs + rlibs

Run-time dylibs (libstd-rust-4e7c5e5c) are installed into regular
multiarch lib path, compile-time libs are installed into
/usr/lib/rustlib/$rust_triple/

While we're at it, split out rust-gdb, rust-lldb into their own packages
too.

af17a7af8a fix build: reference.pdf requires pzdr.afm 
pzdr.{afm,tfm} is contained in texlive-fonts-recommended, add it to
Build-Depends-Indep.

Also: alpha.2 no longer uses luatex, so drop the obsolete Build-Depend.

b44366f483 debian: Update package description 
The Rust website now has different synopsis text.

The previous description caused this lintian warning:
description-synopsis-starts-with-article

I think the new one will trigger description-starts-with-package-name,
but in this case it seems like a reasonable thing to override.
