Dietmar Maurer	3247165e69	add backup related monitor commands ... We use a generic BackupDriver struct to encapsulate all archive format related function. Another option would be to simply dump <devid,cluster_num,cluster_data> to the output fh (pipe), and an external binary saves the data. Dietmar Maurer	95ee0b663e	add basic backup support to block driver ... Function backup_job_create() creates a block job to backup a block device. The coroutine is started with backup_job_start(). We call backup_do_cow() for each write during backup. That function reads the original data and pass it to backup_dump_cb(). The tracked_request infrastructure is used to serialize access.
