bump versioned build-dependency, as qemu-server has tests checking
for errors, and we fixed an grammar error in pve-storage, so we need
the newer version to ensure our test go through

this way we correctly handle zfs-over-iscsi options for those cases
also write tests for it

Add tests for the qemu_img_convert parameters to the resulting
'qemu-img convert' call
we mock the 'run_command' and extract the 'cmd' parameter to
compare with what we expect
