Dietmar Maurer 0df1312acc use separate button for disk throttle. 
There is enough space in the toolbar, so this is good enought for now.
Also remove some dead code, and re-ordered HDEdit to use both columns, which
looks better inside the CreateWizard.

PROXMOX VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT (PVE)

  * improve API Dokumentation viewer

    - include CLI Tool docs

    - write a widget to render a JSON Schema (parameters, returns)

  * impl. logfile search (like pmg tracking center)

  * vnc client: the java implementation takes long time to load
	- can we speedup that?
