by removing the confusing buttons in the toolbar and adding them as
actions in an actioncolumn. There a only relevant actions are visible
and get a more expressive tooltip
with this, we now differentiate between 4 modes of the edit window:
* create a new mapping altogether
- shows all fields
* edit existing mapping on top level
- show only 'global' fields (comment, mdev), so no mappings
* add new host mapping
- shows nodeselector, mapping (and mdev, but disabled)
(informational only)
* edit existing host mapping
- show selected node (displayfield) mdev and mappings, but only
mappings are editable
we have to split the nodeselector into two fields, since the disabling
cbind does not pass through to the editconfig (and thus makes the form
invalid if we try that)

this is a grid field for selecting multiple pci devices at once, like we
need for the mapped pci ui. There we want to be able to select multiple
devices such that one gets selected automatically
we can select a whole slot here, but that disables selecting the
individual functions of that device.

the in-tree font-awesome files, replacing them with the Debian package.
Thus clear out these leftovers out, as they are completely usused.

things that changed:
* removed 'add Tag' inline button with proper button that adds
empty tag
* don't require to confirm each tag, simply update the color "live"
* set a minimum width for the editing box, so that it's easier to click
* replace cancel/finish icons with proper buttons
* fix tagCharRegex for multichar text (necessary for paste)

datacenter.cfg returns an 'ordering' option. parse that and
use it to order the tags when viewing. default is alphabetical.
With alphabetical ordering, drag & drop when editing is disabled and the
tags will be inserted at the right place. When saving, the sorted
order will be written into the config

This is a wrapper container for holding a list of (editable) tags
intended to be used in the lxc/qemu status toolbar
To add a new tag, we reuse the 'pveTag' class, but overwrite some of
its behaviour and css classes so that it properly adds tags
Also handles the drag/drop feature for the tags in the list
When done with editing (by clicking the checkmark), sends a 'change'
event with the new tags

displays a single tag, with the ability to edit inline on click (when
the mode is set to editable). This brings up a list of globally available tags
for simple selection.
this is a basic ext component, with 'i' tags for the icons (handle and
add/remove button) and a span (for the tag text)
shows the tag by default, and if put in editable mode, makes the
span editable. when actually starting the edit, shows a picker
with available tags to select from

The new boot order property can express many more scenarios than the old
one. Update the editor so it can handle it.
Features a grid with all supported boot devices which can be reordered
using drag-and-drop, as well as toggled on and off with an inline
checkbox.
Support for configs still using the old format is given, with the first
write automatically updating the VM config to use the new one.
The renderer for the Options panel is updated with support for the new
format.
Note that it is very well possible to disable all boot devices, in which
case an empty 'boot: ' will be stored to the config file. I'm not sure
what that would be useful for, but there's no reason to forbid it
either, just warn the user that it's probably not what they want.

With introducing pmx-hint to pmg as well, by adding a 'pmx-hint' css-class
to proxmox-widget-toolkit, it makes sense to use the definition everywhere.
this patch drops the .pve-hint class from pve's css and replaces all occurences
in the GUI-source.
