setting the border to false, instead of setting the style
(which had the wrong syntax for extjs6 anyway)
and set the height to 36 pixesl (because of the larger font)
this makes the buttons vertically centered
to make the text on the left vertically centered, we
remove the padding

this patch adds two classes for the charts:
RRDStore:
based on our updatestore, but specialized on our rrddata output
it converts the percentage (cpu) and the time (from unix to milliseconds)
also it handles the changes for the timeframe and cf
it sets a default reload of 30seconds
RRDChart:
based on Ext.chart.CartesianChart,
with specialized options for our rrd graphs

* replace scrollable with autoScroll and move to prototype body
* use 'activate' to load store on F5
* do not set a height on the StatusView component: it hides some rows,
and the framework sets a good working default height
* replace deprecated 'rows' parameter in textareafield with
height in pixels
make following (sub)tabs lazy:
* ceph
* firewall
* ha
* search
* lxc/Resources
we have to add layout: 'fit', whereever we make a whole tab lazy
and we have to move the title of the search tab to the instantiaton
instead of the class definition, because the search grid is now a
sub component instead of a tab

since we want to make some tabpanels lazyitems,
we have to change the behaviour of the configpanel
and the subconfigpanel
in the configpanel, we have to manually fire the hide event
for the tabs which are lazyitems, because they will not
be direct children of our tabpanel and thus their
hide event will not fire
in the subconfigpanel we have to manually save the to
be active tab, since at this point, the subtabs are not there
yet (and cannot be activated)
also in the afterrender event, we only want to set the
activetab when we have none, and we only set the first,
if we have none saved

This is the ExtJS 6 version from commit
59e6da2d44
Same code as there.
A issue with the date picker which can be triggered by scrolling up
and then selecting a date will be fixed in ExtJS 6.0.2 (not yet
released), a workaround is in the next patch.

when we click on a node/container/vm and quickly
click on something else, there might be a race condition,
where the store finished loading and we try to change
dom elements, which are not there anymore
so we change the store.on to me.mon, which
deletes the handler when the component is gone
in the logview panel we use API2Request, where
we cannot do this, so we check if the component
is destroyed manually
also we change this whenever we change a dom element
in a callback

This takes a bit of screensize, but is fine as long as the browser
horizontal screen size is at least 1280 px ( 92 % of desktop users in 2016
according to StatsCounter)
Still usable for the remaining small displays, but horizontal scrolling
is needed for grids with a lot of columns.
Moving the sub tabs to the top left provides a minor usability
improvement as all controls are now grouped together in the same
screen region.
fixes the LogView (for Tasks and Syslog) including:
moving static configuration to class definition
changing deprecated bodyStyle: padding to bodyPadding
removing chrome scrolltop hack (does work properly now, and hack
did not work anymore)

They are mostly intended to save space as the "new theme", if it
gets applied, takes up space like it's worth pure gold.
Paddings get made smaller on buttons, tabs and grids.
Also let the main tree receive a sane space padding.
Further fix the height of the top info panel (the one with the logo,
PVE version, login button ...).
Also the "start/stop/more/..." buttons from the tool bar above the
navigation tab bar gets fixed.
Login panel got also some small fixes together with all input
fields.
We use simple CSS overrides to achieve this all.
Working with the scss (sass) files and rebuilding the theme would
be nicer, but as I have no intend to start working with senchas
"build system" and we self have no sane way for compiling the sass
stuff also, this is the preferred way for now.
We add a new css stylesheet so that the current manager remains
untouched by this changes.
If the default activeTab is *undefined* and *not* null, activeTab defaults to 0,
so we don't need to set this explicitely.
dug from ExtJS tabPanel:
activeTab = me.activeTab !== null ? (me.activeTab || 0) : null;
