Ext.util.Sorter does not have an 'order' property, so 'order: DESC'
didn't have an effect. The default is 'ASC' and it is arguably the
preferred direction for all affected sorters anyways.

which allows selecting storages available in the whole cluster and
controls whether usage information or node/shared information is
displayed. It is still possible to filter by node and content type.

but allow an empty nodename to be set. This is in preparation for
allowing a cluster view as well, where an empty node name will
indicate that no node is selected.
Since the reloadStorageList function still returns early if there is
no nodename, this should not lead to any issues.

with this one can see the avail/capacity columns in full even if we
have "xyz.ab GiB", i.e., the max length this can be.

this is a wrapper for selecting a storage/disk image
it is a simple container with 4 form fields inside
which can be reused, whenever we need to select a storage for a disk,
image etc.
we have code similar to this four times already
(qemu image creation, lxc mp creation, qemu cloning, qemu efidisk
creation)
so it was time to refactor this and use the storage information from the
backend instead of hardcoding values in the frontend
for this we need to pass the format=1 parameter to the storage api call,
and to not load the fileselector when it is initially disabled

This fixes the problem that this ComboGrid was displayed with an empty value
( similar the to the Keyboard Selection and Realm Selection in the login window)
