* revert addition of EFI memory attributes protocol for x86_64 to avoid
boot-failures in some Linux based VMs because of some long-standing bugs
in the boot chain, i.e. the shim and GRUB where fixes are still being
rolled out or developed and probably need one or two years to be included
in a stable release of all modern/popular distros.
