During the redesign of www.proxmox.com the menu structure and therefore
some url changed. Update the external link in order to avoid an
unneccessary redirect.

It seems `bs=1m` needs to be `bs=1M` in apple world. Correctly refer
to `.dmg` not `.img` and reword slightly.
Also, while at it, order the `bs=1M` in the middle, making the target
of more accessible for editing after copy + paste.

Besides the fact that "usb stick" is germaenglisch it allows to move
that section up which brings the chapter in a better order, as one
needs to prepare the installation media before they can use the
installer itself ;-)
