fix #4307: installation: correct typos in prepare macOS medium section

It seems `bs=1m` needs to be `bs=1M` in apple world. Correctly refer
to `.dmg` not `.img` and reword slightly.

Also, while at it, order the `bs=1M` in the middle, making the target
of more accessible for editing after copy + paste.
