to avoid upgrading to hyper 1 / http 1 right now. this is a Debian/Proxmox
specific workaround.

Instead of using and depending on the `http` crate directly, use and
depend on the re-exported `hyper::http`. Adapt namespace prefixes
accordingly.
This makes sure the `hyper::http` types are version compatible and
allows to possibly depend on incompatible versions of `http` in the
workspace in the future.
No functional changes intended.

update them to the new tokio-openssl API and remove socket buffer size
setting - it was removed from the TcpStream API, and is now only
available via TcpSocket (which can in turn be converted to a
TcpListener), but this is not needed for this example.

These aren't installed and are only used for manual testing,
so there's no reason to force them to be built all the time.
