asciidoc: make thumbnail path relative to images/

This in turn allows to also use images from other subdirectories, e.g.
`images/installer/`, and not just from `images/screenshot/`.

Replacing all paths was done mechanically using:

  sed -i 's/thumbnail="pmg-gui/thumbnail="screenshot\/pmg-gui/g' *.adoc
