Anshuman Khandual 4bfb68a085 mm: generalize HUGETLB_PAGE_SIZE_VARIABLE 
HUGETLB_PAGE_SIZE_VARIABLE need not be defined for each individual
platform subscribing it.  Instead just make it generic.
