Andrii Nakryiko a1ac9fd6c6 libbpf: fallback to tracefs mount point if debugfs is not mounted 
Teach libbpf to fallback to tracefs mount point (/sys/kernel/tracing) if
debugfs (/sys/kernel/debug/tracing) isn't mounted.
