Mordechay Goodstein 701404f109 wifi: iwlwifi: rs: add support for parsing max MCS per NSS/BW in 11be ... Rate scale needs to be configured to what MCS it can use per BW and NSS, this is done by parsing our capabilities of TX and peer's capabilities of RX and setting the minimum for rate scale usage. Also do some cleanup removing redundant enum defines not used by FW/Driver.
