Shigeru Yoshida 6ad40b36cd kcm: Destroy mutex in kcm_exit_net() 
kcm_exit_net() should call mutex_destroy() on knet->mutex. This is especially
needed if CONFIG_DEBUG_MUTEXES is enabled.
