 - New driver for the Intel Merrifield pin controller.
 
 New subdrivers:
 
 - New subdriver for the Qualcomm MDM9615
 
 - New subdriver for the STM32F746 MCU

 Cleanups:
 
 - Demodularization of bool compiled-in drivers.
