Pull scheduler updates from Ingo Molnar:
"The main updates in this cycle were:

- Move CPU isolation related functionality into its separate
kernel/sched/isolation.c file, with related 'housekeeping_*()'
namespace and nomenclature et al. (Frederic Weisbecker)
