Greg Ungerer c25f0a0f7f m68knommu: use asflags instead of EXTRA_AFLAGS 
Modify the extra asm flags for debugger capabilities, use asflags instead for
EXTRA_AFLAGS.  Suggestion from Sam Ravnborg.
