e8bd70250a prestera: acl: add action hw_stats support
Currently, when user adds a tc action and the action gets offloaded,
the user expects the HW stats to be counted also. This limits the
amount of supported offloaded filters, as HW counter resources may
be quite limited. Without counter assigned, the HW is capable to
carry much more filters.

To resolve the issue above, the following types of HW stats are
offloaded and supported by the driver:

any - current default, user does not care about the type.
delayed - polled from HW periodically.
disabled - no HW stats needed.
immediate - not supported.

Example:
  tc filter add dev PORT ingress proto ip flower skip_sw ip_proto 0x11 \
    action drop
  tc filter add dev PORT ingress proto ip flower skip_sw ip_proto 0x12 \
    action drop hw_stats disabled
  tc filter add dev sw1p1 ingress proto ip flower skip_sw ip_proto 0x14 \
    action drop hw_stats delayed

11f8e7c122 net: ethernet: mv643xx: Fix over zealous checking of_get_mac_address()
There is often not a MAC address available in an EEPROM accessible by
Linux with Marvell devices. Instead the bootload has the MAC address
and directly programs it into the hardware. So don't consider an error
from of_get_mac_address() has fatal. However, the check was added for
the case where there is a MAC address in an the EEPROM, but the EEPROM
has not probed yet, and -EPROBE_DEFER is returned. In that case the
error should be returned. So make the check specific to this error
code.

33b5bc9e70 octeontx2-af: initialize action variable
Clang static analysis reports this representative issue
rvu_npc.c:898:15: warning: Assigned value is garbage
  or undefined
  req.match_id = action.match_id;
               ^ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The initial setting of action is conditional on
 if (is_mcam_entry_enabled(...))
The later check of action.op will sometimes be garbage.
So initialize action.

Reduce setting of
  *(u64 *)&action = 0x00;
to
  *(u64 *)&action = 0;

169e77764a Networking changes for 5.18.
Core
 ----

  - Introduce XDP multi-buffer support, allowing the use of XDP with
    jumbo frame MTUs and combination with Rx coalescing offloads (LRO).

  - Speed up netns dismantling (5x) and lower the memory cost a little.
    Remove unnecessary per-netns sockets. Scope some lists to a netns.
    Cut down RCU syncing. Use batch methods. Allow netdev registration
    to complete out of order.

  - Support distinguishing timestamp types (ingress vs egress) and
    maintaining them across packet scrubbing points (e.g. redirect).

  - Continue the work of annotating packet drop reasons throughout
    the stack.

  - Switch netdev error counters from an atomic to dynamically
    allocated per-CPU counters.

  - Rework a few preempt_disable(), local_irq_save() and busy waiting
    sections problematic on PREEMPT_RT.

  - Extend the ref_tracker to allow catching use-after-free bugs.

 BPF
 ---

  - Introduce "packing allocator" for BPF JIT images. JITed code is
    marked read only, and used to be allocated at page granularity.
    Custom allocator allows for more efficient memory use, lower
    iTLB pressure and prevents identity mapping huge pages from
    getting split.

  - Make use of BTF type annotations (e.g. __user, __percpu) to enforce
    the correct probe read access method, add appropriate helpers.

  - Convert the BPF preload to use light skeleton and drop
    the user-mode-driver dependency.

  - Allow XDP BPF_PROG_RUN test infra to send real packets, enabling
    its use as a packet generator.

  - Allow local storage memory to be allocated with GFP_KERNEL if called
    from a hook allowed to sleep.

  - Introduce fprobe (multi kprobe) to speed up mass attachment (arch
    bits to come later).

  - Add unstable conntrack lookup helpers for BPF by using the BPF
    kfunc infra.

  - Allow cgroup BPF progs to return custom errors to user space.

  - Add support for AF_UNIX iterator batching.

  - Allow iterator programs to use sleepable helpers.

  - Support JIT of add, and, or, xor and xchg atomic ops on arm64.

  - Add BTFGen support to bpftool which allows to use CO-RE in kernels
    without BTF info.

  - Large number of libbpf API improvements, cleanups and deprecations.

 Protocols
 ---------

  - Micro-optimize UDPv6 Tx, gaining up to 5% in test on dummy netdev.

  - Adjust TSO packet sizes based on min_rtt, allowing very low latency
    links (data centers) to always send full-sized TSO super-frames.

  - Make IPv6 flow label changes (AKA hash rethink) more configurable,
    via sysctl and setsockopt. Distinguish between server and client
    behavior.

  - VxLAN support to "collect metadata" devices to terminate only
    configured VNIs. This is similar to VLAN filtering in the bridge.

  - Support inserting IPv6 IOAM information to a fraction of frames.

  - Add protocol attribute to IP addresses to allow identifying where
    given address comes from (kernel-generated, DHCP etc.)

  - Support setting socket and IPv6 options via cmsg on ping6 sockets.

  - Reject mis-use of ECN bits in IP headers as part of DSCP/TOS.
    Define dscp_t and stop taking ECN bits into account in fib-rules.

  - Add support for locked bridge ports (for 802.1X).

  - tun: support NAPI for packets received from batched XDP buffs,
    doubling the performance in some scenarios.

  - IPv6 extension header handling in Open vSwitch.

  - Support IPv6 control message load balancing in bonding, prevent
    neighbor solicitation and advertisement from using the wrong port.
    Support NS/NA monitor selection similar to existing ARP monitor.

  - SMC
    - improve performance with TCP_CORK and sendfile()
    - support auto-corking
    - support TCP_NODELAY

  - MCTP (Management Component Transport Protocol)
    - add user space tag control interface
    - I2C binding driver (as specified by DMTF DSP0237)

  - Multi-BSSID beacon handling in AP mode for WiFi.

  - Bluetooth:
    - handle MSFT Monitor Device Event
    - add MGMT Adv Monitor Device Found/Lost events

  - Multi-Path TCP:
    - add support for the SO_SNDTIMEO socket option
    - lots of selftest cleanups and improvements

  - Increase the max PDU size in CAN ISOTP to 64 kB.

 Driver API
 ----------

  - Add HW counters for SW netdevs, a mechanism for devices which
    offload packet forwarding to report packet statistics back to
    software interfaces such as tunnels.

  - Select the default NIC queue count as a fraction of number of
    physical CPU cores, instead of hard-coding to 8.

  - Expose devlink instance locks to drivers. Allow device layer of
    drivers to use that lock directly instead of creating their own
    which always runs into ordering issues in devlink callbacks.

  - Add header/data split indication to guide user space enabling
    of TCP zero-copy Rx.

  - Allow configuring completion queue event size.

  - Refactor page_pool to enable fragmenting after allocation.

  - Add allocation and page reuse statistics to page_pool.

  - Improve Multiple Spanning Trees support in the bridge to allow
    reuse of topologies across VLANs, saving HW resources in switches.

  - DSA (Distributed Switch Architecture):
    - replay and offload of host VLAN entries
    - offload of static and local FDB entries on LAG interfaces
    - FDB isolation and unicast filtering

It is not recommened to use platform_get_resource(pdev, IORESOURCE_IRQ)
for requesting IRQ's resources any more, as they can be not ready yet in
case of DT-booting.

platform_get_irq() instead is a recommended way for getting IRQ even if
it was not retrieved earlier.

It also makes code simpler because we're getting "int" value right away
and no conversion from resource to int is required.

6426fc3aba octeontx2-af: cn10k: add workaround for ptp errata
This patch adds workaround for PTP errata given below.

1. At the time of 1 sec rollover of nano-second counter,
   the nano-second counter is set to 0. However, it should
   be set to (existing counter_value - 10^9). This leads to
   an accumulating error in the timestamp value with each sec
   rollover.
2. Additionally, the nano-second counter currently is rolling
   over at 'h3B9A_C9FF. It should roll over at 'h3B9A_CA00.

The workaround for issue #1 is to speed up the ptp clock by
adjusting PTP_CLOCK_COMP register to the desired value to
compensate for the nanoseconds lost per each second.

The workaround for issue #2 is to slow down the ptp clock
such that the rollover occurs at ~1sec.

74c1b2338e octeontx2-pf: cn10k: add support for new ptp timestamp format
The cn10k hardware ptp timestamp format has been modified primarily
to support 1-step ptp clock. The 64-bit timestamp used by hardware is
split into two 32-bit fields, the upper one holds seconds, the lower
one nanoseconds. A new register (PTP_CLOCK_SEC) has been added that
returns the current seconds value. The nanoseconds register PTP_CLOCK_HI
resets after every second. The cn10k RPM block provides Rx/Tx timestamps
to the NIX block using the new timestamp format. The software can read
the current timestamp in nanoseconds by reading both PTP_CLOCK_SEC &
PTP_CLOCK_HI registers.

This patch provides support for new timestamp format.

5224f79096 treewide: Replace zero-length arrays with flexible-array members
There is a regular need in the kernel to provide a way to declare

To enable PFC on selected priorites

With the ntuple commands user can map Priority to receive queues.
On queue overflow NIX will assert backpressure such that PFC pause frames

bf25146a55 bpf: add frags support to the bpf_xdp_adjust_tail() API
This change adds support for tail growing and shrinking for XDP frags.

When called on a non-linear packet with a grow request, it will work
on the last fragment of the packet. So the maximum grow size is the
last fragments tailroom, i.e. no new buffer will be allocated.
A XDP frags capable driver is expected to set frag_size in xdp_rxq_info
data structure to notify the XDP core the fragment size.
frag_size set to 0 is interpreted by the XDP core as tail growing is
not allowed.
Introduce __xdp_rxq_info_reg utility routine to initialize frag_size field.

When shrinking, it will work from the last fragment, all the way down to
the base buffer depending on the shrinking size. It's important to mention
that once you shrink down the fragment(s) are freed, so you can not grow
again to the original size.

a8db854be2 octeontx2-pf: Forward error codes to VF
PF forwards its VF messages to AF and corresponding
replies from AF to VF. AF sets proper error code in the
replies after processing message requests. Currently PF
checks the error codes in replies and sends invalid

error code set by AF for its messages. This patch
changes that such that PF simply forwards AF replies
so that VF can handle error codes.

bca5859bc6 net: marvell: prestera: add hardware router objects accounting
Add prestera_router_hw.c. This file contains functions, which track HW
objects relations and links. This include implicity creation of objects,
that needed by requested one and implicity removing of objects, which
reference counter is became zero.

We need this layer, because kernel callbacks not always mapped to
creation of single HW object. So let it be two different layers - one
for subscribing and parsing kernel structures, and another
(prestera_router_hw.c) for HW objects relations tracking.

There is two types of objects on router_hw layer:
 - Explicit objects (rif_entry) : created by higher layer.
 - Implicit objects (vr) : created on demand by explicit objects.

604ba23090 net: prestera: flower template support
Add user template explicit support. At this moment, max
TCAM rule size is utilized for all rules, doesn't matter
which and how much flower matches are provided by user. It
means that some of TCAM space is wasted, which impacts
the number of filters that can be offloaded.

Introducing the template, allows to have more HW offloaded
filters by specifying the template explicitly.

Example:
  tc qd add dev PORT clsact
  tc chain add dev PORT ingress protocol ip \
    flower dst_ip 0.0.0.0/16
  tc filter add dev PORT ingress protocol ip \
    flower skip_sw dst_ip 1.2.3.4/16 action drop

NOTE: chain 0 is the default chain id for "tc chain" & "tc filter"
      command, so it is omitted in the example above.

This patch adds only template support for default chain 0 suppoerted
by prestera driver at this moment. Chains are not supported yet,
and will be added later.

9c9211a3fc net_tstamp: add new flag HWTSTAMP_FLAG_BONDED_PHC_INDEX
Since commit 94dd016ae5 ("bond: pass get_ts_info and SIOC[SG]HWTSTAMP
ioctl to active device") the user could get bond active interface's
PHC index directly. But when there is a failover, the bond active
interface will change, thus the PHC index is also changed. This may
break the user's program if they did not update the PHC timely.

This patch adds a new hwtstamp_config flag HWTSTAMP_FLAG_BONDED_PHC_INDEX.
When the user wants to get the bond active interface's PHC, they need to
add this flag and be aware the PHC index may be changed.

With the new flag. All flag checks in current drivers are removed. Only
the checking in net_hwtstamp_validate() is kept.

a50e659b2a net: mvpp2: fix XDP rx queues registering
The registration of XDP queue information is incorrect because the
RX queue id we use is invalid. When port->id == 0 it appears to works
as expected yet it's no longer the case when port->id != 0.

The problem arised while using a recent kernel version on the
MACCHIATOBin. This board has several ports:
 * eth0 and eth1 are 10Gbps interfaces ; both ports has port->id == 0;
 * eth2 is a 1Gbps interface with port->id != 0.

Code from xdp-tutorial (more specifically advanced03-AF_XDP) was used
to test packet capture and injection on all these interfaces. The XDP
kernel was simplified to:

	SEC("xdp_sock")
	int xdp_sock_prog(struct xdp_md *ctx)
	{
		int index = ctx->rx_queue_index;

		/* A set entry here means that the correspnding queue_id
		* has an active AF_XDP socket bound to it. */
		if (bpf_map_lookup_elem(&xsks_map, &index))
			return bpf_redirect_map(&xsks_map, index, 0);

		return XDP_PASS;
	}

Starting the program using:

	./af_xdp_user -d DEV

Gives the following result:

 * eth0 : ok
 * eth1 : ok
 * eth2 : no capture, no injection

Investigating the issue shows that XDP rx queues for eth2 are wrong:
XDP expects their id to be in the range [0..3] but we found them to be
in the range [32..35].

Trying to force rx queue ids using:

	./af_xdp_user -d eth2 -Q 32

fails as expected (we shall not have more than 4 queues).

When we register the XDP rx queue information (using
xdp_rxq_info_reg() in function mvpp2_rxq_init()) we tell it to use
rxq->id as the queue id. This value is computed as:

	rxq->id = port->id * max_rxq_count + queue_id

where max_rxq_count depends on the device version. In the MACCHIATOBin
case, this value is 32, meaning that rx queues on eth2 are numbered
from 32 to 35 - there are four of them.

Clearly, this is not the per-port queue id that XDP is expecting:
it wants a value in the range [0..3]. It shall directly use queue_id
which is stored in rxq->logic_rxq -- so let's use that value instead.

rxq->id is left untouched ; its value is indeed valid but it should
not be used in this context.

This is consistent with the remaining part of the code in
mvpp2_rxq_init().

With this change, packet capture is working as expected on all the
MACCHIATOBin ports.

Fix this bug by changing 'return err' to 'goto free_regions'.

This bug was found by a static analyzer. The analysis employs
differential checking to identify inconsistent security operations
(e.g., checks or kfrees) between two code paths and confirms that the
inconsistent operations are not recovered in the current function or
the callers, so they constitute bugs.

Note that, as a bug found by static analysis, it can be a false

the bug.

a280ef90af octeontx2-af: debugfs: don't corrupt user memory
The user supplies the "count" value to say how big its read buffer is.
The rvu_dbg_lmtst_map_table_display() function does not take the "count"
into account but instead just copies the whole table, potentially
corrupting the user's data.

Introduce the "ret" variable to store how many bytes we can copy. Also
I changed the type of "off" to size_t to make using min() simpler.

bb7bbb6e36 net: marvell: mvpp2: Fix wrong SerDes reconfiguration order
Commit bfe301ebbc ("net: mvpp2: convert to use
mac_prepare()/mac_finish()") introduced a bug wherein it leaves the MAC
RESET register asserted after mac_finish(), due to wrong order of
function calls.

Before it was:
  .mac_config()
    mvpp22_mode_reconfigure()
      assert reset
    mvpp2_xlg_config()
      deassert reset

Now it is:
  .mac_prepare()
  .mac_config()
    mvpp2_xlg_config()
      deassert reset
  .mac_finish()
    mvpp2_xlg_config()
      assert reset

Obviously this is wrong.

This bug is triggered when phylink tries to change the PHY interface
mode from a GMAC mode (sgmii, 1000base-x, 2500base-x) to XLG mode
(10gbase-r, xaui). The XLG mode does not work since reset is left
asserted. Only after
  ifconfig down && ifconfig up
is called will the XLG mode work.

Move the call to mvpp22_mode_reconfigure() to .mac_prepare()
implementation. Since some of the subsequent functions need to know
whether the interface is being changed, we unfortunately also need to
pass around the new interface mode before setting port->phy_interface.

The driver assumes structure members are naturally aligned, but does not

bb5dbf2cc6 net: marvell: prestera: add firmware v4.0 support
Add firmware (FW) version 4.0 support for Marvell Prestera
driver.

Major changes have been made to new v4.0 FW ABI to add support
of new features, introduce the stability of the FW ABI and ensure
better forward compatibility for the future driver vesrions.

Current v4.0 FW feature set support does not expect any changes
to ABI, as it was defined and tested through long period of time.
The ABI may be extended in case of new features, but it will not
break the backward compatibility.

ABI major changes done in v4.0:
- L1 ABI, where MAC and PHY API configuration are split.
- ACL has been split to low-level TCAM and Counters ABI
  to provide more HW ACL capabilities for future driver
  versions.

To support backward support, the addition compatibility layer is
required in the driver which will have two different codebase under
"if FW-VER elif FW-VER else" conditions that will be removed
in the future anyway, So, the idea was to break backward support
and focus on more stable FW instead of supporting old version
with very minimal and limited set of features/capabilities.

Improve FW msg validation:
 * Use __le64, __le32, __le16 types in msg to/from FW to
   catch endian mismatch by sparse.
 * Use BUILD_BUG_ON for structures sent/recv to/from FW.

0daa55d033 octeontx2-af: cn10k: debugfs for dumping LMTST map table
CN10k SoCs use atomic stores of up to 128 bytes to submit
packets/instructions into co-processor cores. The enqueueing is performed
using Large Memory Transaction Store (LMTST) operations. They allow for
lockless enqueue operations - i.e., two different CPU cores can submit
instructions to the same queue without needing to lock the queue or
synchronize their accesses.

This patch implements a new debugfs entry for dumping LMTST map
table present on CN10K, as this might be very useful to debug any issue
in case of shared LMTST region among multiple pci functions.

e77bcdd1f6 octeontx2-af: Display all enabled PF VF rsrc_alloc entries.
Currently, we are using a fixed buffer size of length 2048 to display
rsrc_alloc output. As a result a maximum of 2048 characters of
rsrc_alloc output is displayed, which may lead sometimes to display only
partial output. This patch fixes this dependency on max limit of buffer
size and displays all PF VF entries.

Each column of the debugfs entry "rsrc_alloc" uses a fixed width of 12
characters to print the list of LFs of each block for a PF/VF. If the
length of list of LFs of a block exceeds this fixed width then the list
gets truncated and displays only a part of the list. This patch fixes
this by using the maximum possible length of list of LFs among all
blocks of all PFs and VFs entries as the width size.

149f3b73cb octeontx2-af: Add support to flush full CPT CTX cache
Adds support to flush or invalidate CPT CTX entries as part of FLR
and also provides a mailbox to flush CPT CTX entries in case of
graceful exit.
This patch also adds support for AF -> CPT PF uplink mailbox messages
and adds a new mbox message to submit a CPT instruction from AF.
