Move the usb2_picophy1 and usb2_picophy2 nodes out of the soc section.
Since they are controlled via syscfg, there is no reg property needed,
which is required when having the node within the soc section.

This commit adds the corresponding node, relying on the st_thermal
driver.

Since commit 83a86fbb5b ("irqchip/gic: Loudly complain about the use of IRQ_TYPE_NONE")
kernel is complaining about the IRQ_TYPE_NONE usage which shouldn't
be used.
Use IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_HIGH instead.

Fix dtc warnings for 'simple_bus_reg' due to leading 0s. Converted using
the following command:
perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find arch/arm/boot/dts -type -f -name '*.dts*'
Dropped changes to ARM, Ltd. boards LED nodes and manually fixed up some
occurrences of uppercase hex.

newly implemented cpu-release-addr DT property for cores 2 & 3.
Cores 0 & 1 are inherited from stih407-family.dtsi.
