The new YAML device tree bindings gives new and proper names
to several of the AB850[05] nodes and redefines the way we
use numbering on PWMs to use reg.
Update all the DTS nodes accordingly.
Add the missing thermal node to the AB8505.
Drop the debugfs nodes because these are not real devices.

These are not disabled on the AB8500 and after testing we
see they work fine, so enable them on AB8505 too.

This force-converts the per-device battery node into the standard
properties using "simple-battery" for the HREF machines and the
corresponding Samsung battery for the mobile phones.
This is fine to do since the battery data in the DTS files has never
been deployed or used. In commit a1149ae975
"ARM: ux500: Disable Power Supply and Battery Management by default"
it was turned off and has not been switched back on since. In
the meantime standardized bindings for batteries have appeared
making the old AB8500 battery bindings obsolete.
The battery node which is now in the middle of an included file
is obviously a per-device piece of information so push this down
to each board. The HREF machines all have the same battery and can
share a single node in the HREF dtsi file.

Fix all the remaining dtc 'unit_address_format' warnings except for the ones
related to 'register-bit-led'. For those, we need to decide on and document
the node name.

At the moment the AB8500 USB PHY driver still uses the old USB PHY
subsystem instead of the generic PHY subsystem. This means that there
is no explicit link between the USB controller and the USB PHY.
In U-Boot the PHY driver is integrated in the generic PHY subsystem,
so we need to use the typical PHY device tree bindings to specify
which PHY belongs to the USB controller.
Add the link between USB controller and PHY to both ste-ab8500.dtsi
and ste-ab8505.dtsi. This is mainly for U-Boot for now and will just
be ignored in Linux. However, if the AB8500 USB PHY driver in Linux
is moved to the generic PHY subsystem at some point these device tree
changes can be used as well.

Rename the AB8500 gpio controller node from ab8500-gpio to
ab8500-gpiocontroller, since -gpio is a common suffix for
gpio consumers.

AB8505 is a slightly newer version of AB8500.
Overall it is quite similar, but there are some differences like
the number of GPIOs and regulators. Therefore we need a separate
device tree definition for devices making use of AB8505.
The AB8500-specific nodes were moved out of ste-dbx5x0.dtsi in
commit a46f7c6762 ("ARM: dts: ux500: Move ab8500 nodes to ste-ab8500.dtsi").
Add a new "ste-ab8505.dtsi" device tree include in a similar way.
Keep the battery/charging related sub-devices disabled by default
since they require additional configuration to work correctly.
