475032564e MIPS: Hardwire detection of DSP ASE Rev 2 for systems, as required. 
Most supported systems currently hardwire cpu_has_dsp to 0, so we also
can disable support for cpu_has_dsp2 resulting in a slightly smaller
kernel.

83ccf69d8f MIPS: JZ4740: Add base support for Ingenic JZ4740 System-on-a-Chip 
Adds a new cpu type for the JZ4740 to the Linux MIPS architecture code.
It also adds the iomem addresses for the different components found on
a JZ4740 SoC.
