f8c37b8809 drm/panel: Don't store+check prepared/enabled for simple cases
As talked about in commit d2aacaf073 ("drm/panel: Check for already
prepared/enabled in drm_panel"), we want to remove needless code from
panel drivers that was storing and double-checking the
prepared/enabled state. Even if someone was relying on the
double-check before, that double-check is now in the core and not
needed in individual drivers.

This pile of panel drivers appears to be simple to handle. Based on
code inspection they seemed to be using the prepared/enabled state
simply for double-checking that nothing else in the kernel called them
inconsistently. Now that the core drm_panel is doing the double
checking (and warning) it should be very clear that these devices
don't need their own double-check.

drm/panel-samsung-s6e88a0-ams452ef01: Drop custom DSI write macro
There is a macro for this already in the <drm/drm_mipi_dsi.h> header, use
that instead and delete the custom DSI write macro defined in the driver.

79abca2b39 drm/mipi-dsi: Make remove callback return void
All implementations return 0 and the return value of mipi_dsi_drv_remove()
is ignored anyhow.

So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour.

9bf7123bb0 drm/panel: Delete panel on mipi_dsi_attach() failure
Many DSI panel drivers fail to clean up their panel references on
mipi_dsi_attach() failure, so we're leaving a dangling drm_panel
reference to freed memory. Clean that up on failure.

Noticed by inspection, after seeing similar problems on other drivers.
Therefore, I'm not marking Fixes/stable.

c3ee8c65f6 drm/panel: remove return value of function drm_panel_add
The function "int drm_panel_add(struct drm_panel *panel)"
always returns 0, this return value is meaningless.
Also, there is no need to check return value which calls
"drm_panel_add and", error branch code will never run.

0425662fdf drm: Nuke mode->vrefresh
Get rid of mode->vrefresh and just calculate it on demand. Saves
a bit of space and avoids the cached value getting out of sync
with reality.

Mostly done with cocci, with the following manual fixups:
- Remove the now empty loop in drm_helper_probe_single_connector_modes()
- Fix __MODE() macro in ch7006_mode.c
- Fix DRM_MODE_ARG() macro in drm_modes.h
- Remove leftover comment from samsung_s6d16d0_mode
- Drop the TODO
