Richard Alpe	d4585a4bb1	tipc: add peer remove functionality ... This enables a user to remove an offline peer from the kernel data structures. This could for example be useful when deliberately scaling in peer nodes in a cloud environment. Richard Alpe	f043759dd4	tipc: add new TIPC configuration tool ... tipc is a user-space configuration tool for TIPC (Transparent Inter-process Communication). It utilizes the TIPC netlink API in the kernel to fetch data or perform actions. The tipc tool has somewhat similar syntax to the ip tool meaning that users of the ip tool should not feel that unfamiliar with this tool.
