The lib/bgp.py test code is bringing up neighbors and clearing them to test that things are working appropriately. The problem we have is that we are only waiting 30 seconds for declaration of failure. In a high load system packets can be lost and as such the initial convergence may not happen. FRRouting
FRR is free software that implements and manages various IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols. It runs on nearly all distributions of Linux and BSD as well as Solaris and supports all modern CPU architectures.
