Martin Buck d9ee35587c tests: Add TOPOTEST_NOLOAD to skip module loading question ... This is the opposite of TOPOTEST_AUTOLOAD: Instead of automatically loading missing modules, TOPOTEST_NOLOAD prevents module loading and supresses questions about it.
