This commit add just CLI-nodes for MP-BGP VPN configuration with SRv6 backend rather than MPLS. Actual configuration cli will be implemented after this commit. Example Configuration follow. This cli design is based on Cisco IOS-XR but actual cli tree design is defferent between FRR and Cisco. FRRouting
FRR is free software that implements and manages various IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols. It runs on nearly all distributions of Linux and BSD and supports all modern CPU architectures.
