When the segment-routing ipv6 is configured, the SPF
algoritm shows S-SPF is used:

Actually, the segment-routing ipv6 algo capabilities (SPF) are rewritten.
Don't rewrite the algo[0].

FRRouting
FRR is free software that implements and manages various IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols. It runs on nearly all distributions of Linux and BSD and supports all modern CPU architectures.
