Renato Westphal 763c4113aa tests: add tests for OSPF GR unplanned outages ... Reuse the exiting GR topotests since planned and unplanned GR should behave the same. The only difference is that for unplanned GR there's no preparation phase. The OSPF daemons are just killed (SIGTERM) and restarted normally.
