Donald Sharp 6ca7b664b5 zebra: Log how we got to this failure. 
When a filter function fails to work correctly, we get an
error message that something has gone wrong.  Unfortunately
we may not have any clues as to where the decode failure
happened.  Add a backtrace to give us a clue.

FRRouting is free software that implements and manages various IPv4 and IPv6
routing protocols.

Currently FRRouting supports BGP4, BGP4+, OSPFv2, OSPFv3, RIPv1, RIPv2, RIPng,
IS-IS, PIM-SM/MSDP, LDP and Babel as well as very early support for EIGRP and
NHRP.
